When to use it
A quarterly loyalty measurement. Do not fire it after every support ticket; that is what CSAT is for.
Templates that already use it
- «How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague?» NPS: loyalty index Feedback
- «Would you recommend the product?» Product review Feedback
- «Would you recommend the company as a place to work?» eNPS: employee loyalty HR and team
What you can set
Fields this block has in the editor, beyond the question text itself:
- label on the left end
- label on the right end
Every block also has these: whether an answer is required, a description under the title and a small eyebrow line above it.
What lands in the answers
A number, so averages, distribution and change over time come for free.
The inbox shows the answer as it came in; a CSV or XLSX export gives the block one column.

The question type decides what you get back: an opinion or a priority, a fact or a feeling. Here are all the types the ready-made templates are built from, with a note on when to reach for each.
