Surveys for parents, teachers and training teams: meeting first-grade families, settling into nursery, school meals, clubs and scored tests.
8 templates in this category
Schools, nurseries and training teams run surveys all year: getting to know families in September, checking how a toddler is settling in, asking parents about school meals or the class teacher, testing what learners remember. Most of it still happens on paper and gets typed into a spreadsheet later. A link posted in the class group chat skips that step, and the answers arrive as a summary you can export to CSV.
To meet new families, use the first-grade parent questionnaire: what the child can already do, what they enjoy, who picks them up and what worries the parents. In the first weeks of nursery, the settling-in survey asks about sleep, appetite and the morning goodbye. Both collect data about children, so they end with a consent checkbox.
Parent opinion about the school works best anonymously. The parent satisfaction survey gives an overall rating, a matrix across seven sides of school life and a ranking of what to fix first. Narrower topics have their own templates: a school meals survey for parents and pupils, feedback for the class teacher and an after-school clubs interest survey to run before enrolment opens.
Two templates are scored tests with quiz mode switched on. The quiz template with scoring shows every kind of marked question: single choice, several correct answers, a number and a typed word. The staff assessment test checks health and safety basics and adds a self-assessment that does not count towards the score. All eight templates use free question types only. Lessons that mix material and questions are covered on the online courses page, and scoring settings on the quiz maker page.
