Make an NPS survey with a follow-up about the reason for the score

Yo does not save the survey itself. Every edit arrives as a card with a tick box, and only the ticked ones reach the draft.

- Expand an edit and compare the values before and after. “Show on canvas” takes you to the question it changes.
- The whole survey before applying
- “See it whole” assembles the survey with every edit from the message while nothing is applied yet.
- Your changes come first
- If you edited the survey yourself in the meantime, a stale edit does not overwrite your work. It gets a “Not applied” mark with the reason.

Straight about paid features
Ask for something your plan does not include, a file upload or a custom accent colour on Free for example, and Yo will not pretend it worked. It offers an alternative you do have and shows which plan unlocks it.
Questions about Yo
Does Yo change my survey on its own?
No. Yo only proposes edits. Each one comes with a tick box, and only the ones you tick and apply with “Apply” reach the draft.
What can Yo change?
Questions and their wording, whether they are required, answer options and their order, question order, branching, the survey title, description and presentation mode, and the styling: theme, accent, background, corner radius, font, text, where the question block sits and decorative images.
How many Yo requests does the free plan get?
Free gets 10 requests in total. Pro gets 100 a month, Team 500 a month, and Business and Enterprise have no limit.
Are Yo’s edits live at the survey link straight away?
No, edits go into the draft. To show them to respondents, publish the survey again from the publishing dialog, just as after any manual edit.
Who on the team can use Yo?
Anyone with the Editor role or above. A workspace viewer does not change surveys, so Yo does not open for them either.
Is the conversation with Yo kept?
Yes. The conversation belongs to the survey: close the panel or reload the page and the history is still there.
