Why the widget

Light, safe, fits anywhere

35 KB widget, no backend

The survey loads with a single <script> line and weighs five times less than typical iframe widgets. You do not need a server of your own.

It will not break your layout

The widget is isolated in a Shadow DOM: its styles do not clash with your site, and your site does not leak into the survey.

WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Vue, React

Works anywhere you can paste HTML: site builders, CMSs and single-page app frameworks alike.

Pop-up, corner bubble or inline block

Show the survey on exit intent, as a button in the corner, or as a block embedded directly into your content.

Answers to chat, CRM and webhooks

Send every response to Telegram, Slack, your CRM or your own webhook endpoint, with no manual exporting.

The data stays yours

Export responses whenever you like, take the survey file with you, or run the whole thing on your own server. No vendor lock-in.

Frequently asked questions

Surveys on your website: common questions

How do I add a survey to my site?

Build the survey in the editor, copy the two lines of code (the container and the <script>) and paste them into your page HTML. Most CMSs and site builders have an “HTML embed” block for exactly this. The survey appears automatically.

Will it slow my site down?

Barely. The widget is around 35 KB and loads with the async attribute, so it never blocks rendering. For comparison, iframe widgets from other tools weigh 180–200 KB.

Can I embed a feedback form for free?

Yes. The website widget and response collection work on the free plan already (150 responses in total). No card needed to sign up.

Does it look right on mobile?

Yes, the widget is responsive and adapts to the viewport. You can pin the theme to light or dark, or leave it following the visitor’s system setting.

Where do the responses go?

Into your Askyo dashboard, and optionally straight to Telegram, Slack, your CRM, Google Sheets or any webhook. CSV/XLSX export is there too.
