Questions about the free plan
Is the free plan a trial?
No. Free is a permanent tier, not a trial, and it does not expire. The 150-response allowance is a one-off total though, not a monthly reset. No card is needed to sign up.
Can I use a free survey commercially?
Yes. On the free plan you can collect leads, run NPS measurements and build quizzes for business use. The form carries no Askyo mark: it looks like your own from the free plan onwards.
What is included in the free survey builder?
Up to 5 surveys, 150 responses in total, the graph logic editor, every question type except media fields, 3 AI generations a month, the website widget and a public survey link.
What happens when the 150 responses run out?
Collection pauses until you move to Pro (5,000 responses a month). The free allowance is a one-off total and does not reset at the start of the month. Nothing you have already collected is lost.
Where is the data stored?
On our servers by default; export and migration are always available, so there is no vendor lock-in. If your organisation needs the data to stay somewhere specific, the self-hosted build covers that.
