What happens when the 150 responses run out?
Collection pauses until you move to Pro (5,000 responses a month). The free allowance is a one-off total and does not reset at the start of the month. Nothing you have already collected is lost.
Where is the data stored?
On our servers by default. On Free you read the answers in your account; CSV export comes with Pro. If your organisation needs the data to stay somewhere specific, the self-hosted build covers that.
Can I make a survey without signing up?
The author needs an account: sign up with an email, no card, it takes a minute. Respondents never sign up; they answer from a link or in the widget on your site. The account is what keeps your responses stored rather than behind a link that is easy to lose.
Can I see the results on the free plan?
