For agencies and UX studios

Sell surveys as your own service

A white-label build of Askyo: your brand, your domain, your pricing. Self-hosting optional. A transparent licence with no royalties on what you charge your clients.

What is inside

The six things you get

Your brand, your domain

Your logo instead of ours, the widget served from your client’s domain, colours matched to the brand. Nobody has to know Askyo is underneath.

A dedicated build

You get an isolated build with your own configuration. Updates come by subscription: security fixes automatically, features on a schedule.

Self-hosting under NDA

Deploy on your server or your client’s. Responses never leave the perimeter, which is what public-sector and large enterprise buyers ask for first.

Your own pricing

Resell at whatever you charge; the margin is entirely yours. We take a fixed licence plus support, and no percentage of your clients.

Customisation hours

Need a non-standard question type, an integration or custom UI? Buy development hours at 7 000 ₽/hour and we build it for you.

Priority support

A direct chat channel with the team, critical bugs first, and response times fixed in the contract. Releases announced a week ahead, breaking changes a month ahead.

What you pay for

  • One-time licence on request
once, perpetual: includes the initial deployment and branding
  • Or a subscription licence on request
the alternative to one-time: the build, updates and support in a single monthly subscription
  • Support and updates on request
on top of the one-time licence: updates, technical support, hotfix patches, direct chat
  • Customisation hours 7 000 ₽ / hour
bespoke development: new question types, integrations, UI work

We price it for your case: how many clients you plan, whether you need self-hosting, and any custom work. Email us and we will send a quote.

What a white-label survey builder is

A white-label survey builder is a finished product an agency offers to clients under its own name: your logo, your domain, your prices. Clients log into your workspace, build surveys and read results, while the engine, its updates and hosting are not your development problem. With Askyo it is a dedicated build with your configuration, deployed on our side, on your server or on your client’s.

The point is simple. You already run surveys, NPS programmes and quizzes for clients, just inside someone else’s product with someone else’s logo. Sooner or later a client asks why they pay you rather than the tool. When the tool carries your name, it is part of the service.

Who it fits

  • Web agencies: lead forms, quizzes and on-site surveys come from your build, not a third-party service.
  • UX studios: card sorting, pairwise comparison and semantic differential are among the 43 question types.
  • Research agencies: long branching questionnaires and recurring loyalty tracking under your brand, with data on infrastructure you control.
  • CRM integrators: forms become part of the rollout, with answers sent to the client’s CRM through a webhook.

If a custom domain and your logo on the form are all you need and you do not plan to resell, you do not need white-label. Check the plans first: Business already includes your own main domain.

What agencies sell on top of it

ServiceBuilt with
NPS programmeNPS survey and the NPS template
Customer researchQuestionnaire builder and the market research template
Lead generation quizQuiz builder and the lead-gen quiz template
Website formsFeedback form and the developer widget
UX researchThe UX research template

The widget is about 35 KB and renders in Shadow DOM, so it does not fight the client’s styles; the reasoning is in our post on Shadow DOM widgets. Integrations run on webhooks, see webhooks, CRM and chat, and survey logic is drawn in the graph editor, explained in why surveys need a visual logic editor.

How the rollout goes

  1. A demo and a conversation about which clients and services you plan, and whether you need self-hosting.
  2. Branding, domains and plan rules agreed, if you charge your clients.
  3. Deployment and handover of access, usually three to seven working days.
  4. The first client project, ideally started from a template rather than from scratch.
  5. Updates by subscription afterwards: security fixes arrive automatically, features on the release schedule.

You keep everything the client sees: sales, contract, pricing, survey methodology and first-line support. We keep the engine: the build, updates, bug fixes, deployment help and bespoke development when you need a new question type or integration.

Frequently asked questions

Questions agencies ask

How is white-label different from the Business plan?

Business is the shared SaaS on our servers with your logo on it, and the “made with Askyo” line stays on the form. White-label is a separate build under your brand, optionally self-hosted, with no mention of Askyo anywhere in the product.

Can I resell white-label installations to end clients?

Yes, that is exactly what it is for. The licence includes the right to resell as part of your services. There are no royalties on your sales.

How long does the initial deployment take?

Three to seven working days. We agree the branding, domains and plan rules (if you are charging your clients), deploy, and hand over access.

What if a client wants the full source code?

That is a different conversation: source-code licensing rather than white-label. It is negotiated individually and priced on request: a licence with the right to modify but not to resell the code.

What about SLA and response times?

Response times are fixed in the contract. Critical incidents, when production is down, come first and everything else goes by priority. You talk to the team in a direct chat channel.

Ready to see a demo?

We will walk you through the admin interface, the deployment options, and answer whatever you want to ask.
