Online training: common questions
Can I build online training in Askyo?
Yes, in the form of an interactive test. You assemble a multi-page flow: some pages carry the training material (video, image, text, document), others carry questions with correct answers and points. At the end the learner sees their result. It works well for staff onboarding, knowledge checks and product training, but it is not a course platform with lessons and certificates.
How do I add video and images?
The editor has “Video”, “Image”, “Text block” and “Document” blocks. Paste a YouTube, Vimeo or direct mp4 link into the video block and the player embeds into the page. Images and documents upload as files. Blocks and questions can alternate in any order.
How are knowledge checks scored?
You give questions correct answers and point values. Choice, yes/no, dropdown, image and card choice, short text, number, date and time all count. Points add up and the final screen shows “Result: X out of Y”. There is no per-question explanation screen. The participant sees the total at the end.
How is this different from an LMS?
Askyo is a survey, quiz and test builder, not a learning management system. There is no course catalogue, no lesson scheduling and no certificates.
