Date
A calendar with minimum and maximum bounds. The answer arrives as a date, not as a string in whatever format.
Available on the free plan
When to use it
Start date, preferred visit date, date of birth. For age gates it doubles as the entry into branching.

- «When could you start?» Candidate questionnaire HR and team

What you can set
Fields this block has in the editor, beyond the question text itself:
- lower bound
- upper bound
- future dates only
- date checks: age, working days, no past dates
Every block also has these: whether an answer is required, a description under the title and a small eyebrow line above it.
What lands in the answers
A machine-readable date, so it sorts and filters.
The inbox shows the answer as it came in; a CSV or XLSX export gives the block one column.

The question type decides what you get back: an opinion or a priority, a fact or a feeling. Here are all the types the ready-made templates are built from, with a note on when to reach for each.
