The sample covers fire safety and what to do when someone is injured, but the structure works for any topic: procedures, product knowledge, service standards. Typical moments are after induction training, before someone works unsupervised, or once a year for everyone. Share the link in the team messenger or show a QR code at a morning briefing. It is an internal tool, not a formal certification required by regulation. Use it to see who has forgotten what and who needs training. The test holds personal data, so the block is required. Template ## How to adapt the template 1. Replace the safety questions with your own procedures. Mark the correct answer and points for each scored question in the quiz settings. 2. Rewrite the department list for your organisation. With more than ten teams a dropdown beats buttons. 3. If the pass mark is the same for everyone, put it on the first screen instead of «your manager will tell you». 4. For product knowledge, add short text questions with several accepted spellings, such as plan names or product codes. 5. If people take it on their phones during a shift, keep one question per screen, as in the template. Template ## How to read the results The maximum is 6 points across 5 questions; the self-rating and training request do not count. Each person sees their score at the end; you see all results in your account and can export them to CSV. Split results by department. If many warehouse staff got the emergency-exit question wrong, run a briefing there. Compare the score with the confidence rating. High confidence with a low score is riskier than an honest «not sure». Group the training requests and match them with the questions that had the most mistakes, so the training plan rests on data rather than wishes. It helps people prepare but does not replace the official procedure. - Writing questions with obvious answers. A test everyone aces tells you nothing. - Using results to punish without offering training.
