The example is about data security because almost every company runs that check, but the questions are meant to be replaced. It works well as the last page of an [interactive lesson](https://askyo.ru/en/courses): material first, then the check. Consent to personal data processing [Consent](https://askyo.ru/en/question-types/consent) Consent to personal data processing, since an email is collected. Template ## How to adapt the template 1. Replace the five questions with your course material and update the answer key for each one; editing options can clear the correct mark. 2. Don’t branch the scored questions. The maximum score counts every keyed question, not the path taken, so someone on a shorter branch sees a lower total. 3. If nobody will send reviews, delete the fork, the email and the consent: the test becomes anonymous and shorter. 4. For a named assessment, add a “Full name” short answer at the start. Add a number or short text question: both can be scored, and with several accepted spellings a typo isn’t marked wrong. Template ## How to read the results Look at the share of correct answers per question. A question most of the group got wrong points to a gap in the course, not in the people; that topic needs explaining differently. The score distribution helps you set the pass mark. Decide it in advance and tell participants, rather than fitting it afterwards. Count how many people asked for a review. If almost everyone did, feedback matters to them and belongs inside the course. Template ## Common mistakes - Testing definitions instead of actions. Knowing what phishing is doesn’t stop someone clicking the link. - Adding branches inside the scored part. - Promising that the review “arrives automatically”. Sending it is on you. - Publishing with a wrong answer key. Take the test yourself before sending it out. Frequently asked questions ## Questions about the «Training test» template How do I create a scored test for employees or students? Open the template, replace the questions with yours and mark the correct options and points in the answer key. Participants see their total on the final screen, and you see results and the share of correct answers per question in your account. Can participants get a review of their mistakes? The template collects an email from people who ask for one. The test’s author sends the review, because the service doesn’t send email. Every participant’s answers and score are in your account and in the CSV export. Which question types can be scored? Single and multiple choice, yes/no, dropdown, cards and images, short text with several accepted spellings, a number with a tolerance, plus date and time. Rating scales, matrices and long text answers can’t be scored. Why shouldn’t a test branch? The maximum score counts every question in the answer key, not only the ones a person saw. If a branch skips some, the total looks lower than it should. That’s why this template branches only after the test, in the unscored part.
