It also works for multi-day hire of equipment, campervans or boats. Share the link in your listing or when a guest asks whether certain dates are free. The form collects the whole request, so you answer once instead of five times. The form does not check availability. It takes the request and you confirm it. Agreement to the booking terms [Consent](https://askyo.ru/en/question-types/consent) Agreement to house rules and contact data processing, required, so the guest confirms the rules before booking. ## What the plan badge means The badge says the template contains a block that unlocks on a paid plan: file and photo upload, a voice answer, captcha, region picker, a GPS stamp or a signature. The rest of the questions are not tied to any plan. A paid block can be deleted or swapped for a plain field, and the survey carries on as a free one. Template ## How to adapt the template 1. Replace the cards with your own places: «Lakeside cabin», «Room with balcony», «Yurt for four». Put capacity and nightly price in each description. 2. Rewrite the extras to match what you really sell, with prices in the option text: «Breakfast, per guest». 3. Link your house rules in the consent block: check-in and check-out times, pets, smoking, deposit. 4. For equipment hire, rename «Dates of stay» to «Rental period» and turn guest count into number of units. 5. If families book often, add «How many children, and how old?» after the guest count. Template ## How to read the results Each response is a request for specific dates, so reply quickly. Route new responses to Telegram over a webhook and you will see them as they come in. After a season, look at the extras chart. If most guests tick breakfast, fold it into the price; if nobody takes the transfer, drop it from the form. Export to CSV and look at requested check-in dates. Weeks where requests arrive while you are already full tell you when to raise prices. Template ## Common mistakes - Promising automatic confirmation. The form doesn’t know what is free. Say on the final screen that the booking gets confirmed after you check. - Leaving prices off the cards. Guests pick the house, then back out over cost, and both of you lose time. - Hiding the rules. If a deposit or a no-pets rule surfaces after booking, cancellations follow. - Requiring email. People on holiday talk in messengers. No. It collects a request with a date range, guest count and wishes, and you check availability yourself. For hosts with a few properties and no booking engine, that usually works fine: the request arrives in Telegram or your account and you confirm by message. How do I take booking requests through a link? Publish the form and paste the link into your listing, your profile or a reply to a guest. You can also print a QR code for the front desk. Responses land in your account, export to CSV and can be sent to a webhook. Can I build a booking form for free? Yes.
